[chromium-dev] OWNERS for base/i18n (orphaned)

Hi, I am trying to find a group of OWNERS for base/i18n, which currently
has just a single owner (jshin@) who hasn't worked on Chromium for some
time.

This directory has never been very active so there isn't a lot to do. But I
wanted to find an owner for https://crbug.com/811543 and in general we
should have active owners.

I'm emailing the 3 people with the most commits in this directory who still
work on Chromium (avi@, pkasting@ and estade@) — any takers? I could also
own it but I've only made 4 commits here and don't have a lot of
experience. We could also just remove the OWNERS file here and fall back to
base/OWNERS.

I have no special knowledge of this, and could not name anything that I've
done in here besides repo-wide changes, so I'm surprised that I have among
the most commits here.

Do we really have no one with ICU experience? :(

+Koji replied privately about this, and seems willing to help here (from
the Blink side, no direct experience in this particular directory).

Avi: It's possible you touched it via some sweeping/mechanical changes. I
didn't look closely, just ran a script to count the number of CLs
contributed by each author.
