Hi,

How would one set a customised and default set of tiles in NTP on first
launch within Chromium?

What I am hoping to achieve is, after installation of the browser and on
its first launch, the NTP should display the list of tiles pointing to the
URL's I specified.

Those tiles should later be replaced by the popular tiles as normal as the
user continues to use the browser.

On the basis of my assumption that this would work from here :
https://codereview.chromium.org/2668943002/#ps100001

I editted this file https://codereview.chromium.org/2668943002/patch/220001
/230007 <https://codereview.chromium.org/2668943002/patch/220001/230007>

I could not make the tiles show up after the builds. I suspect that the
link above is specific to mobile, I am looking to affect changes on Desktop
versions (Mac and Windows)

Thanks in advance.
