[chromium-dev] clang-format update: java formatting is now better

Hi,

thanks to smaier@, we have an updated clang-format binary, the first update
in quite a while.

The main new feature is better formatting of Java code, including automatic
import line sorting (implemented in clang-format by smaier@ as well!) See
the blocking list on https://crbug.com/768586 for issues big and small that
this should fix.

We tried to make sure that this doesn't regress anything, but it's of
course possible something fell through the cracks. If you see `git cl
format` behaving strangely on C++, Objective-C, or Java code, please file a
bug (
